Refund policy
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not provided once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
Subscriptions
For subscription products:
- You can cancel anytime
- You will not be charged after cancellation
- No partial refunds for unused time unless required by law
Exceptions
Refunds may be granted if:
- You were charged twice
- The product was not delivered
- There is a technical issue we cannot resolve
